About The Role To lead end-to-end costing, budgeting, and commercial control for civil works across projects, ensuring financial discipline, cost optimization, and alignment with project and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project costing across lifecycle stages including feasibility, design, tendering, and execution

- Prepare and validate detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cash flows for civil works

- Drive end-to-end cost control by monitoring budgets, validating commercial decisions, and proactively mitigating cost overruns

- Review BOQs, rate analysis, and support tendering, vendor evaluation, and contract finalization

- Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders; ensure commercial accuracy and control

- Partner with site, procurement,



and finance teams to drive cost efficiency and timely decision-making

- Maintain cost benchmarks, rate databases, and track commodity trends impacting project costs

- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality or timelines

- Provide periodic MIS, dashboards, and actionable insights to leadership

- Ensure robust governance and adherence to cost control frameworks, processes, and audit requirements

- Leverage ERP/cost management systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent) for tracking and reporting
