Manager Business Human Resources

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR Business Partnering for operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Manage contract labour, contractor/vendor management, payroll inputs, time office, and employee lifecycle processes .
- Drive compensation perks , HR policies, and employee grievance/IR management.
- Ensure statutory and labour law compliance , documentation, audits, and coordination with local authorities.
- Partner with Inbound Outbound Operations to address workforce requirements and operational HR needs.
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS, dashboards, attrition, hiring, and workforce metrics .
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, climate surveys, and CSR activities.
- Support new project launches, workforce planning, and cost optimization .




- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are aligned with business requirements.
- Use HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox for employee and HR data management.
