About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on BTL & Cluster Marketing professional to drive offline customer acquisition across multiple markets. The role will involve planning and executing hyperlocal campaigns, managing agencies/vendors, and working closely with field teams to turn brand visibility into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute BTL, on-ground, OOH and hyperlocal marketing campaigns across multiple clusters.
- Drive local customer acquisition through activations, shop branding, outdoor visibility, events and other offline initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end execution including agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines and on-ground quality.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and other teams to convert marketing activity into leads, walk-ins and business.
- Track campaign performance through leads, conversions, acquisition cost and ROI, and optimise spends accordingly.
- Identify what works across different markets and build repeatable cluster-level activation playbooks.
- Adapt campaigns to local market dynamics,



customer behaviour, geography and language.
- Conduct regular market visits and ground audits to ensure effective execution.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in BTL, field marketing, brand activation, hyperlocal, regional or trade marketing.
- Proven experience handling multi-city / multi-cluster marketing initiatives.
- Strong hands-on exposure to on-ground activations, OOH, vendors and marketing agencies.
- Experience in BFSI / fintech / lending / consumer-facing startups is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition and ROI-led marketing.
- Comfortable working independently in a high-ownership Individual contribution role.
- Willingness to travel 50%+ across cluster markets.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
