Job Profile A Finance professional with strong ERP/application orientation. The person should understand business requirements, translate them into system/process solutions and work effectively with both Business functions and IT teams. The ideal candidate will be a Finance professional who understands technology and ERP applications, rather than a pure accounting or pure IT skilled.

The person should be capable of understanding a business problem from the user's perspective, translating it into a technology/application requirement, and working with IT or implementation teams to deliver the solution. The person should have an aptitude to learn and take responsibilities of other functional modules of ERP including the applications that are seamlessly integrated with ERP systems.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities The key job duties/responsibilities are enumerated below:

- Act as a business SPOC for ERP applications and other business applications
- Analyse business processes and drive process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement
- Project management: Manage business requirements, functional specifications,



system enhancements, testing/UAT and implementation in coordination with IT and external consultants.
- Provide functional support for ERP applications, integration with other business applications.
- Work cohesively with business and IT team for development of MIS, dashboards, and other reports for management decision-making.
- Coordinate with Business Functions, ERP Functional and Technical Consultants for resolution of process and application issues.
- Manage Change management, Track project activities, milestones and deliverables
- Support in user training and preparation of process documentation/SOPs.
- Co-ordinate with technical and functional consultants for patch management, upgrades, back-up management, review and monitoring of ERP applications and database
- Support in audit, compliances and other Committee meetings
- Assist in formulation of Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, Frameworks
- Other IT activities as assigned from time to time.
