We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead the development and productionization of GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM and NLP solutions for healthcare and life-sciences use cases.

Mandatory Skills & Domain Experience

Must have strong experience in AI/ML + any 3 of the following Life Sciences domains:

- Clinical Trials
- FDA Dossier Preparation
- Drug Discovery
- LIMS (Lab Information Management Systems) – AI Enablement
- Lab Diagnostics
- Lab Testing / Test Codes
- Patient Schedule Optimization

Technical Requirements
- GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM & NLP
- Robust Python, R & SQL
- LLMs: GPT, Claude, Gemini / Anthropic
- RAG and vector search – FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma
- Agentic AI frameworks – LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel
- Prompt Engineering & LLM Evaluation
- NLP pipelines, embeddings, transformers,



seq-to-seq models & domain adaptation
- ML/DL algorithms and model experimentation
- Data preprocessing, feature engineering & big-data pipelines
- LLM inference optimization, latency & throughput
- Guardrails, filters, monitoring & responsible AI
- Cloud: Azure / AWS / GCP
- GPU utilization, repository management & ML experimentation pipelines
- Production deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions

What You’ll Do Lead the design, development and deployment of production-grade GenAI/NLP solutions, architect RAG and agentic AI workflows, evaluate emerging LLM technologies, collaborate with engineering and healthcare domain teams, and mentor AI/ML engineers.

Ideal candidates: AI/ML leaders with strong hands-on GenAI/NLP engineering experience + Life Sciences/Healthcare domain expertise.
