• Spices to manage and oversee business operations related to rice and spice products. The ideal candidate should have robust industry knowledge, excellent supplier and market connections, and experience in procurement, sales, operations, and business development within the rice and spices sector.

Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations related to rice and spice products.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and customers.

- Handle procurement, sourcing, pricing, and negotiation of rice and spices.

- Monitor market trends, product demand, and competitor activities.

- Ensure proper quality standards for rice and spice products.

- Coordinate inventory, stock movement, logistics, and supply chain activities.

- Develop strategies to increase sales and business growth.

- Manage customer requirements and resolve operational issues.

- Monitor sales targets, margins,



and overall business performance.

- Coordinate with the Oman-based management team and provide regular business reports.

- Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, logistics, and internal teams.

Requirements - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Rice &

• Spices industry.

- Strong knowledge of rice and spice products, sourcing, procurement, and market operations.

- Experience in wholesale/trading/FMCG operations will be an advantage.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and team-management skills.

- Good knowledge of the Mumbai market and supplier/customer network is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

- Age: Maximum 34 years.
