Role Purpose

Support the Water Treatment team in delivering sustainable water treatment solutions by assisting in field activities, technical evaluations, lead generation, customer support, and application services while developing technical and commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in customer visits, site surveys, water system inspections, and lead generation activities to identify recent business opportunities.
- Support water treatment product trials and provide technical assistance for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, RO, ETP, and STP systems.
- Collect water samples, perform basic water quality analysis, and prepare technical, trial, and service reports.
- Coordinate with the R&D; and Technical teams for product evaluations,



application support, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing timely technical support and follow-up on service requirements.
- Maintain CRM records, customer data, field activity reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Technical Knowledge Industrial Water Treatment, Cooling Water Systems, Boiler Water Treatment, RO Systems, ETP, STP, Wastewater Recycling, Water Chemistry, Water Analysis, Dosing Systems, Utilities, and Basic Troubleshooting.
