Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.

- Support preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit &
- Loss Account and Cash Flow Statement.

- Assist in GST compliance, including GSTR preparation, reconciliation and related documentation.

- Handle/support TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance activities.

- Assist in statutory audit, internal audit and tax audit processes and coordinate with auditors for required information and documentation.

- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements and management reports for decision-making.

- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation.

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, outstanding balances and payment collections.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cost control.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of accounting schedules.

- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and accounting records in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.





- Support fixed asset accounting, depreciation and asset reconciliation.

- Assist in working capital and cash-flow monitoring.

- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, auditors, consultants and statutory authorities whenever required.

- Ensure timely compliance with applicable financial, taxation and statutory requirements.

- Use MS Excel, Tally/ERP/SAP and other accounting software for accounting, reporting and analysis.

- Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving financial and reconciliation-related issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 02 years of experience
- CA freshers may apply.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit and Financial Reporting.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Candidates from Infrastructure, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing or Project-based industries will be preferred.
