Role Description

We are looking for a Manager – Advisory Services to join our commercial real estate advisory team.

This is a front-end, business development and transaction-focused role for someone who can independently develop relationships, generate opportunities, understand client requirements and drive transactions from initial conversation through execution.

The role involves working closely with corporate occupiers, landlords, developers, investors and other real estate stakeholders across the commercial real estate ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include

•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers and other key market stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, market relationships and direct business development.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and transaction opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Understand client requirements and translate them into practical commercial real estate solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct client meetings, presentations, property discussions and commercial negotiations.

•⁠ ⁠Identify suitable properties and opportunities based on client requirements, commercial considerations and market conditions.

•⁠ ⁠Meet landlords and developers regularly to build inventory,



understand upcoming supply and identify potential opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Lead transactions independently from requirement generation and property identification through negotiations, documentation and closure.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare proposals, comparative analyses, transaction summaries and client presentations.

•⁠ ⁠Work with internal teams to coordinate research, transactions, workplace solutions and execution requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain strong follow-up discipline and ensure opportunities move consistently through the sales pipeline.

•⁠ ⁠Develop a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, including rents, buildings, micro-markets, developers, landlords and occupier trends.

•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of revenue and business development targets and work independently towards achieving them.

•⁠ ⁠Represent NCP professionally in client meetings, industry interactions and market engagements.

What We Are Looking For

•⁠ ⁠2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, real estate advisory, brokerage or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Robust business development and relationship-building skills.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable meeting clients, landlords and senior stakeholders independently.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Commercially minded, target-oriented and comfortable working with a pipeline.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to independently identify opportunities and convert them into business.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of commercial office real estate and the ability to learn market dynamics quickly.

•⁠ ⁠Strong ownership and follow-through — someone who does not need to be constantly directed.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- ⁠Willingness to travel locally for client, landlord and property meetings.
