Role Overview -

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainees who are interested in building a career in Freight Forwarding and Logistics. As a Management Trainee, you will get hands-on exposure to multiple functions including Sales, Freight Operations, Customer Support, and Pricing. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the freight forwarding business and prepare candidates for a potential full-time role with Traqo.io.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist the Sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
2. Support customer interactions and understand their freight requirements.
3. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
4. Coordinate with customers and internal teams for shipment-related requirements.
5. Support day-to-day freight forwarding and shipment operations.
6. Track shipments and maintain timely status updates.
7. Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, transporters, and logistics partners.

Assist in Import & Export documentation and operational activities.
9. Support the Pricing team in collecting and comparing freight rates.
10. Assist in preparing competitive freight quotations and rate sheets.
11. Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
12. Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM updates while supporting cross-functional activities.

Eligibility ● MBA/PGDM/BBA/ or any graduate/postgraduate degree.

● Freshers and candidates with an interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Sales, or Operations are encouraged to apply.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Comfortable working from the office in Noida, Sector 62.
