We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Management Systems & ESG Consultant with 24 years of experience in implementing, auditing, and maintaining management systems. The candidate will support clients in developing, implementing, and improving systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, and ESG requirements.

The role involves client interaction, gap assessments, documentation, implementation support, internal audits, training, compliance evaluation, and continual improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Management System Consulting

- Conduct gap assessments against applicable ISO/IATF standards.
- Support organizations in implementation and maintenance of:
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System
- IATF 16949 – Automotive Quality Management System
- ISO 50001 – Energy Management System
- Develop and review manuals, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, formats, and records.
- Assist clients in establishing and monitoring KPIs, objectives, targets, and action plans.
- Support organizations in identifying risks, opportunities, environmental aspects, OH&S; hazards, quality risks, and energy-related significant uses.

Auditing & Compliance
- Plan and conduct internal audits and compliance audits.
- Prepare audit plans, checklists, audit reports, and corrective action reports.
- Identify non-conformities, observations, and improvement opportunities.
- Support clients in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.
- Assist organizations in preparing for certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
- Evaluate applicable statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.

IATF 16949 / Automotive




- Support implementation and improvement of IATF 16949 requirements.
- Assist with Core Tools, including:

- APQP

- PPAP

- FMEA

- MSA

- SPC
- Support process approach, risk-based thinking, customer-specific requirements, and continual improvement activities.
- Assist in supplier and process audits where required.

ESG & Sustainability
- Support clients in developing and implementing ESG frameworks and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist with ESG data collection, analysis, KPI development, and reporting.

- Assist in identifying ESG risks, opportunities, improvement projects, and sustainability objectives.
- Support preparation of ESG/sustainability reports and client presentations.

Energy Management
- Support implementation of ISO 50001 requirements.
- Assist in energy reviews, identification of Significant Energy Uses (SEUs), energy baselines, and Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs).
- Support energy-saving projects and monitoring of energy performance.
- Analyze energy consumption data and identify improvement opportunities.

Training & Client Interaction
- Conduct awareness and implementation training on applicable management system standards.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.




- Coordinate directly with client teams and management representatives.
- Present audit findings, project progress, and improvement recommendations to clients.
- Maintain skilled relationships with clients and support business development activities when required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Environmental Science / Occupational Health & Safety / Management or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant consulting, auditing, implementation, or industry experience.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, and ESG.
- Knowledge of internal auditing and management system implementation.
- Good understanding of risk assessment, root cause analysis, corrective action, process mapping, and continual improvement.
- Good communication, presentation, documentation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.

Preferred Certifications Candidates with one or more of the following certifications will be preferred:
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor
- IATF 16949 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor

- NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE qualification
