iCanHeal is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and healthcare-focused Management Trainee to join our Digital Marketing & Content team.

The role will focus on creating engaging and informative content for iCanHeal , our healthcare platform, while supporting social media, digital campaigns, app engagement, content creation, and brand communication.

⚠️ Healthcare domain exposure is mandatory for this role. Candidates with prior experience, internships, academic projects, or hands-on exposure in healthcare, health-tech, pharma, patient services, or related healthcare sectors are encouraged to apply.

? Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandate)

? Working Days: Monday to Friday

⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Flexible)

? Experience: 0–1 year

? Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for iCanHeal's social media, website, app communication, blogs, emailers, and digital campaigns

• Develop healthcare-focused content around patient awareness, healthcare services, wellness, patient assistance, healthcare financing, and related topics

• Create social media captions, campaign concepts, reels, short-form content, and other digital content

• Support iCanHeal's social media management and content calendar

• Research healthcare topics, audience preferences, digital trends, and competitor activities

• Support digital campaigns focused on brand awareness, audience engagement, app visibility, and user growth

• Convert complex healthcare information into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand content

• Coordinate with designers, marketing teams,



healthcare teams, and internal stakeholders for content execution

• Monitor content performance and assist with basic digital marketing and social media reports

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare domain exposure is mandatory – prior experience, internship, academic project, or hands-on exposure in healthcare, health-tech, pharma, hospitals, diagnostics, patient services, or related sectors

• Strong interest in healthcare content, digital marketing, social media, and content creation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Robust command of English with good content-writing and proofreading skills

• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media and digital trends

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Ability to research, write, edit, and simplify healthcare information

• Familiarity with Canva and other content creation tools will be an advantage

- Basic understanding of SEO, social media analytics, or digital advertising is preferred

• Fresh graduates with relevant healthcare and digital marketing internships/projects are welcome to apply
