Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Management Representative (MR) who can manage and coordinate Quality, Production systems, audits, compliance and continuous improvement activities across the organization.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems and audit preparation and should be capable of coordinating with different departments to ensure audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and prepare the organization for ISO, customer, internal and other quality/compliance audits.
- Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems and processes.
- Handle NCR, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor quality standards, production processes, SOPs, work instructions and documentations.
- Conduct/coordinate internal audits, process audits and compliance checks.
- Identify gaps and coordinate with departments for timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production,



Quality, HR, Maintenance, and other departments for audit readiness.
- Prepare audit-related documents, records, reports and action plans.
- Monitor quality objectives, KPIs and improvement activities.
- Coordinate Management Review Meetings MRM and follow-up actions.
- Ensure previous audit observations are properly closed and recurring issues are addressed.
- Promote quality awareness, discipline, housekeeping and continuous improvement across the plant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing/quality/production or management systems.
- Strong understanding of Quality, Production and Manufacturing processes.
- Practical knowledge of ISO, 5S, Kaizen, CAPA, NCR, Root Cause Analysis and internal audits.
- Experience in handling multiple types of audits and preparing an organization/plant for audits.
- Strong coordination, documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in versatile packaging, plastics, printing or related manufacturing industry will be preferred.
