**Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Management Information System (MIS) Executive based in Ahmednagar. The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and improving MIS databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely information for program monitoring and decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include collecting data from field and program teams, validating and consolidating information, preparing regular MIS reports and dashboards,



and ensuring that data standards and documentation are followed.

The role involves coordinating with various departments to understand information needs, generating analytical insights, and supporting management with customized reports. The MIS Executive will also help troubleshoot MIS-related issues, support training of staff on data entry and reporting processes, and contribute to enhancing data-driven planning and ev aluation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Candidates should possess MIS Reporting skills, including data collection, consolidation, and dashboard/report generation.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with program teams and present findings clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management or reporting tools; experience with databases or BI tools is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with large datasets, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in development sector, nonprofit organizations, or rural development projects is beneficial.**
