Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The trainee will rotate through key departments such as operations, sales, marketing, and customer service to gain hands-on experience in fire and safety business processes.

Daily responsibilities include assisting in data analysis and reporting, supporting project execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and learning standard operating procedures and compliance requirements. The role also involves participating in training programs, shadowing senior leaders,



contributing to process improvement initiatives, and preparing presentations and documentation. Over time, the Management Trainee is expected to develop leadership capabilities and take on increasing responsibility in driving business performance.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.
- Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to understanding business operations and industry practices.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Interest in the fire and safety industry, risk management, or industrial safety; prior internship or project experience in these areas is a plus.
- Comfort working in an on-site workplace, with readiness to engage in field visits, client interactions, and operational reviews as required.
