We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–5 years of experience to join our team as a Management Consultant in Madurai.

This role is suited for professionals who are interested in building a strong career in management consulting, working directly with clients on business implementation and transformation initiatives alongside senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Support business analysis and preparation of client deliverables.
- Apply analytical skills to solve complex business challenges and drive continuous process improvement.
- Understand business requirements and implement internal management tools to support business growth and profitability.




- Collaborate across teams to improve operational efficiency and generate actionable business insights.
- Learn and apply structured consulting frameworks to real-world business challenges.
- Work closely with senior consultants and clients to support implementation initiatives.
