Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and culturally tuned-in Malayalam Creative Writer who can turn ideas into engaging content. The role involves coming up with fresh creative concepts, writing scripts, and developing content that connects with audiences across social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and original content ideas for social media and digital campaigns.

- Write engaging Malayalam scripts for reels, videos, campaigns, and other content formats.
- Create strong hooks and concepts that capture attention quickly.
- Adapt ideas and trends into relevant Malayalam content.




- Write content with a strong understanding of Kerala’s culture, audience, and online behaviour.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the creative team to execute ideas.
- Rewrite and refine scripts based on creative feedback.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, memes, and emerging content styles.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

- Strong Malayalam and English writing skills.
- Excellent understanding of Malayalam language, culture, and audience.
- Strong sense of virality, trends, and attention-grabbing hooks.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Ability to turn simple ideas into engaging content.
- Good understanding of social media content and formats.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced creative environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience writing scripts for Reels, YouTube, or social media.
- Understanding of visual storytelling and basic video content formats.
- Experience working with creative, marketing, or content teams.
