We are looking for an experienced Professional Trainer to train students in skilled beauty and salon skills through classroom and practical sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical training for students.
- Demonstrate professional salon and beauty techniques.
- Train students in industry-standard services, tools, products, and hygiene practices.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct practical assessments and skill evaluations.
- Maintain training records and student progress.
- Keep students updated with the latest beauty and salon trends.
- Maintain discipline and a professional learning environment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant Beauty / Salon / Training experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of professional salon services.
- Previous experience as a Beauty Trainer, Salon Trainer, or Academy Trainer preferred.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Good presentation, grooming, and student-handling skills.
- Passion for training and developing students.
