Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall maintenance activities of plant, machines and equipment.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Identify machine faults and ensure timely troubleshooting.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise maintenance team and allocate daily work.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production team to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical,
hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure proper safety practices during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service engineers when required.
- Maintain smooth and continuous operation of production machinery.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of industrial machine maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team handling and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
