Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to oversee the hotel's maintenance operations, ensure the smooth functioning of all equipment and utilities, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of hotel equipment, machinery, elevators, DG sets, and other utilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
- Attend to guest room maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor the maintenance of guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, and other hotel facilities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and breakdown reports.




- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards, electrical safety, and other hotel safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure the efficient use of materials and resources.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a similar industry.
- Multi-skilled technicians with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance will be preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts and attend to emergency maintenance requirements.
