Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth functioning, upkeep, and repair of all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure across the property. The ideal candidate will handle preventive and breakdown maintenance while ensuring safety and minimal operational disruption.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and other facility systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks as per schedule to avoid equipment breakdowns
- Attend to maintenance complaints/requests from various departments promptly
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, generators, water pumps, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Ensure timely servicing of kitchen equipment (ovens, exhaust systems, refrigerators, etc.)
- Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs
- Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for specialized repairs or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while carrying out repair work
- Conduct routine checks on fire safety equipment, emergency systems, and building infrastructure
- Assist in energy and water conservation initiatives




- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues (power failure, water leakage, etc.)
- Support in renovation, minor civil work, or painting tasks as required
- Ensure proper functioning of DG sets, lifts/elevators, and other critical equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance/workshop area

Candidate Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade (preferred)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facility/hotel/restaurant maintenance
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and fire safety systems
- Ability to handle hand tools and maintenance equipment
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts, rotational shifts, and handling physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency maintenance issues
