Role & responsibilities We are looking out for two Maintenance Manager one for Delhi NCR and the other for Punjab location. For Punjab location, the candidate can be based out of Amritsar or Chandigarh.

Experienced Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance and engineering operations of company's retail outlets across North India. The role will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, safety and efficient operation of all critical electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen and building-related equipment across the outlets.

The candidate should have strong experience in multi-location retail/QSR/restaurant maintenance, vendor management, preventive maintenance and breakdown management, with good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment. 1.

Maintenance

Operations: Manage day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple retail outlets in North India. Ensure all electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, civil and kitchen equipment are maintained in safe and operational condition. Monitor and ensure timely closure of breakdown and maintenance complaints. Establish and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for critical equipment. Ensure minimum equipment downtime and maximum operational availability. Kitchen Equipment Maintenance ; Manage maintenance of commercial kitchen and food-service equipment, including: Cooking ranges and burners, Ovens and convection ovens, Fryers, Grills and hot plates, Bain-marie / hot cases, Refrigerators and freezers, Cold rooms, Dishwashers, Exhaust and fresh-air systems, Food processors and other food-preparation equipment, Water boilers, RO systems and related equipment, Coordinate with OEMs and specialized service agencies for breakdowns, AMC and technical support, Ensure critical kitchen equipment is maintained to minimize disruption to business operations. Preventive Maintenance &

- Breakdown Management: Develop and implement outlet-wise PM schedules, checklists and SOPs. Track PM compliance and ensure timely completion. Analyze repeated breakdowns and identify root causes.



Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring failures. Maintain equipment history and maintenance records. HVAC, Electrical &
- Building Services: Ensure reliable operation of AC/HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical panels, DG sets, UPS, pumps, plumbing and other MEP systems. Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving. Ensure statutory inspections and compliance for applicable equipment and systems. Vendor &
- AMC Management: Manage maintenance vendors, OEMs and service agencies across North India. Negotiate service rates, AMC contracts and repair costs in coordination with procurement/management. Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLA/TAT. Verify service reports, quotations and invoices before processing for payment. Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables. Team Management: Lead and coordinate maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians and outsourced manpower. Define responsibilities and ensure effective deployment of manpower across outlets. Conduct technical training and skill development of the maintenance team. Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs. Budget &
- Cost Control: Prepare and monitor annual maintenance budgets. Control repair, AMC, spare-parts and maintenance expenditure. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, value engineering and energy efficiency. Evaluate repair versus replacement decisions for major equipment. Safety &
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with electrical, fire, equipment and workplace safety requirements. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and as per company standards. Coordinate with the EHS/Fire/Safety teams for statutory and operational compliance. Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.



Reporting &
- MIS: Prepare regular maintenance MIS covering: Breakdown status, PM compliance, Equipment uptime, SLA/TAT performance, AMC status, Repair expenditure, Critical equipment status, Repeated breakdown analysis, Vendor performance, Provide regular updates to senior management and highlight critical operational risks.

Preferred candidate profile: B.E./B Tech or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with equivalent technical qualifications and relevant experience may also be considered. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance/engineering.

Experience in retail outlets, QSR, restaurants, food & beverage, hospitality, commercial facilities or similar multi-location operations will be preferred.

Experience managing maintenance across multiple locations will be an added advantage. Required Skills &

Competencies - Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance. Good understanding of commercial kitchen equipment. Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, DG sets, pumps, plumbing and other MEP systems.

Strong preventive and breakdown maintenance skills. Vendor and AMC management. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of maintenance MIS and reporting. Good communication and team-management skills.

Ability to travel extensively across North India. Proficiency in MS Excel and maintenance management systems/apps will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Equipment uptime and availability. Preventive maintenance compliance.

Breakdown response and closure TAT. Reduction in repeated breakdowns. Kitchen equipment uptime. AMC and vendor performance. Maintenance cost control. Energy-saving initiatives. Safety and statutory compliance.

Timely closure of maintenance audit points. A technically solid and hands-on maintenance professional with experience in multi-site retail/QSR operations, capable of managing electrical, mechanical, HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment while leading vendors and maintenance teams across a large geographical region.
