Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment by performing breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical problems and optimize overall plant performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures, work instructions, and standard operating practices.
- 1. Planning and Undertaking Scheduled maintenance ,TPM/WCM activities, Breakdowns Troubleshooting, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance of Welding line, Plant and utilities like Forklift/DG/STP and Report Preparation
2. Control and Achieve Maintenance KPIs MTTR, MTBF, BD % Etc. within Target
3. Continuous improvements ,RCA,CAPA
4. Plan and Execute Day to Day Activities of Maintenance
5. Managing the audits IATF ,EMS
6. 5s Activities, Kaizen, Reports Generation, Review and update, Documentation
7. Train and supervise the technician/contract labours in maintenance dept.

8. Handling/control shift Activities
9. Follow up the external supplier and contractors for Quotes, execution of maintenance work

10. Ensure Safety of Plant
11. Reporting Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Attend Management Review Meeting.
12. Involve in Plant Improvement Activities

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Siemens PLC systems and ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues.
- Experience with MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) analysis and implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Knowledge of IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards for quality management.
- 1. Automation-Electrical, Mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics systems
2. Programming and troubleshooting of Siemens PLC s7 300,S7400, s7 1500, VFD, SCADA ,SEW drives, Allen Bradly RsLogix, Siemens Drives-simotion, Autocad,3D modelling, MS Office
3. Good knowledge of industry best maintenance practice
4. Maintenance Management systems, IATF
5. Good knowledge of equipment, IT -systems and associated regulations
6. Excellent Communication skills, interpersonal skills at all levels, Adaptable, Reliable, flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities
7. Positive safety record and attitude to safety
8. Willingness to Travel, willing to work 3 Shift
9. Good attitude, positive, willing to learn, leadership qualities
