Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic laboratory equipment(Analyzers).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of instruments and associated systems.
- Coordinate with equipment manufacturers, authorized service engineers, and vendors for repairs and technical support.
- Maintain equipment records, service reports, maintenance schedules, and breakdown logs.
- Ensure timely calibration and validation of laboratory equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify recurring technical issues.
- Support laboratory staff in the safe and correct operation of equipment.
- Conduct basic user training for laboratory technicians on equipment operation and safety.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality, safety,



and equipment-management procedures.
- Maintain spare-parts inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
- Assist with installation and qualification of current equipment.
- Participate in audits and provide required equipment-related documentation.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize laboratory downtime
