We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to handle maintenance activities on VMM store. You'll be responsible for coordinating fire alarm maintenance, resolving breakdowns, and identifying additional work requirements — ensuring all stores remain fully operational and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance activities at VMM Store
- Attend, coordinate, and complete fire alarm maintenance works.
- Attend and coordinate breakdown and maintenance requirements.
- Inspect existing installations and identify additional work requirements
- Take measurements for additional works
- Prepare accurate quotations for additional works at existing/old stores
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors and follow up on maintenance works
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and additional works
