: Mainframes (CICS) Development – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5+ Years to 7 Years).

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with solid hands-on expertise in COBOL, CICS, and DB2 development. The candidate should have solid real-time experience in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining mainframe applications, with strong programming capabilities.

- Experience should have 5+ years to 7 Years of experience into hands on mainframes development experience.
- Should have strong development skills in Mainframes - COBOL, CICS, DB2 & VSAM.
- Should have good working experience in COBOL-DB2-CICS programming.
- Strong knowledge of file handling, arrays, batch processing and online transaction processing.
- Should be able to independently analyze requirements and develop COBOL, CICS & DB2 solutions.
- Good to have experience or exposure on JCL,



REXX & CLIST.
- Strong understanding of mainframe debugging and abend resolution experience in SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Should lead and guide team size of 2 to 4 members.
- Understanding on the SDLC.
- Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
- Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
- Should have good oral and written communication.
- Should be a good team member and ready to lead a team.
- Should be proactive and adaptive.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
