We are looking for a responsible and skilled Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery. The candidate should be able to follow production instructions, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient machine operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and equipment according to production requirements.
- Set up machines and adjust settings as required.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Check finished products for quality and defects.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Identify and report machine breakdowns or technical issues.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain production records and machine operation reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Previous machine operating experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of machine operations and production processes.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Valuable attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Physically fit and safety-conscious.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also be considered depending on the machine/process). Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,800.00 per month
