- 5+ years hands-on Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce development on production sites, including at least one major version upgrade.
- 5+ years professional PHP / web development overall.
- Adobe Commerce Cloud experience — you've worked with Cloud environments, the branch/environment model, build and deploy pipelines, .magento.app.yaml / .magento.env.yaml, and Cloud CLI or the Cloud console.
- Strong PHP 8.x, MySQL, Git, Composer, and command-line proficiency, including bin/magento and comfort debugging from logs.
- Solid contemporary JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; able to work in at least one of Knockout/LESS or Tailwind/Alpine, and willing to learn the other quickly.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and code review workflows — both submitting and reviewing.
- Experience debugging production issues under time pressure, and the judgment to know when to roll back.
- Clear written communication — you'll document what you changed and why, for people who weren't in the ticket.
Strongly preferred
- B2B features: company accounts, shared catalogs, tiered/customer-group pricing, requisition lists, quotes and negotiable quotes.
- Hyvä theme development.
- Page Builder custom content type development.
- Multi-website / multi-store-view builds.
- Accessibility remediation experience.

- GA4 / GTM, consent management, and tag governance.
