- Operate roofing sheet profiling machines safely and efficiently.

- Set machine parameters according to the required sheet profile, thickness, width, and length.

- Ensure production is completed according to the approved job card and required quantity.

- Monitor sheet length, width, profile, and cutting accuracy during production.

- Maintain consistent production speed and minimize material wastage.

- Regularly inspect finished sheets for profile accuracy, length, width, surface damage, scratches, dents, and other defects.

- Immediately report quality issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.

- Ensure only approved-quality sheets are transferred for packing or dispatch.

- Verify coil/material details before starting production.

- Handle sheets carefully during stacking and movement to prevent bending, scratching, or other damage.

- Ensure rollers, cutting systems, guides, and other machine components are properly aligned.

- Inform the maintenance team immediately about abnormal machine noise,



technical issues.

- Follow all machine safety procedures and PPE requirements.

- Never operate the machine without proper safety guards and precautions.

- Maintain a secure working area around the machine.

- Follow proper procedures while loading coils and handling finished sheets.

- Record production quantity, wastage, rejected sheets, downtime, and other required information.

- Maintain accurate job-wise production records.

- Report machine downtime and production delays to the supervisor.

- Keep the machine and surrounding production area clean and organized.

- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive checks.

- Support the maintenance team during machine servicing when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
