Role Description The Machine Operator role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram.

The Machine

Operator will set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient and safe production.

Responsibilities include loading materials, performing routine checks, adjusting machine settings, and identifying and reporting equipment issues. The role involves maintaining production quality standards,



adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.

The Machine

Operator will also assist with basic maintenance, handle hand tools as needed, and maintain accurate production and inspection records.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate and monitor packaging machines, with strong skills in Machine Operation and working with Machinery.
- Experience in maintaining product standards through Quality Control processes and checks.
- Competence in using Hand Tools for minor adjustments, basic maintenance, and material handling.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, technicians, and team members.
- Understanding of safety procedures, with attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging operations is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram in a fast-paced production environment.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation or industrial production is an advantage.
