Re-Verse is looking for a Mechanical Engineer Machine Design with 2–3 years of experience to design, develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing machinery used in our textile-waste sheet production facility. The role involves creating 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings, selecting materials and mechanical components, performing basic engineering calculations, troubleshooting machine issues, and improving equipment reliability and efficiency. The candidate will work closely with production, maintenance, fabrication, and shop-floor teams to implement design changes, support machine assembly and commissioning, and ensure equipment meets safety, quality, precision, and manufacturability standards.

Required skills: AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Creo, machine design, GD&T;, mechanical drawings, mechanical calculations, material selection, fabrication and machining knowledge, pneumatics/hydraulics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and solid problem-solving skills.
