Pangea Travel is looking for an experienced travel professional to lead the curation, costing and execution of high-end Group & GIT travel across global destinations.
What you’ll own:
→ Curate and design bespoke itineraries for luxury groups, GITs, retreats and special-interest travel
→ Manage end-to-end trip planning, operations and on-ground execution
→ Build packages, prepare detailed costing and manage budgets
→ Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport partners and suppliers globally
→ Negotiate rates, inclusions and contracts with suppliers
→ Ensure seamless delivery of every trip, from initial brief to post-trip closure
What we’re looking for:
→ Strong experience in luxury group travel / GIT operations
→ Proven ability to manage complex, high-value group movements
→ Strong costing, package-building and commercial skills
→ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
→ Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
→ Experience handling discerning HNI / CXO-level clientele is a robust advantage
→ Existing hotel, DMC and supplier relationships are a plus
→ Based in Mumbai
