About the role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our Gurgaon showroom.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates currently working with jewellery brands, diamond jewellery retailers, bridal jewellery stores, luxury jewellery boutiques, or premium retail brands, who have experience handling customer consultations and driving sales conversions.

As a key member of our retail team, you will guide customers through their purchase journey — helping them select engagement rings, solitaires, diamond jewellery, and other fine jewellery pieces — while delivering an exceptional luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a premium showroom experience.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
- Present natural diamonds, engagement rings, solitaires, wedding jewellery, and customization options confidently.
- Conduct detailed product consultations and educate customers on diamond quality (4Cs), designs, and craftsmanship.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales through relationship-driven, consultative selling.
- Follow up with leads, appointments,



and customer inquiries via calls/WhatsApp to maximize conversions.
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat purchases and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, back-office) to ensure smooth order processing, customization, and timely delivery.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards, product display, and visual merchandising.
- Accurately handle billing, documentation, and CRM/POS entries for every transaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales, diamond jewellery sales, luxury retail, or premium showroom sales.
- Experience working with jewellery brands, jewellery stores, luxury boutiques, or premium retail environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer handling and relationship-based selling.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds/gemstones (4Cs) and fine jewellery categories is a plus.
- Comfortable using CRM/POS/billing software for day-to-day transactions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; regional language a plus).
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert customer inquiries into sales.
- Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
