Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the loom section, specifically focusing on Shuttle Circular looms.
1. Performance Monitoring

· Monitor loom output and efficiency against established targets. · Identify deviations and implement corrective actions to align with performance goals.
1. Waste Control

· Control and minimize wastage during the loom stage. · Track and report trends in wastage for continuous improvement.
1. Production Planning

· Plan and manage bobbin production, maintaining accurate stock and issue records. · Plan and monitor roll production, ensuring accurate stock records are kept.
1. Manpower Management

· Supervise loom-section staff, including supervisors, operators, and casual workers. · Responsible for shift planning, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
1. Maintenance Oversight





· Lead the loom maintenance team to ensure effective preventive and breakdown maintenance. · Ensure looms are consistently operational and effective.
1. Quality Assurance

· Monitor and enhance quality at the loom stage. · Coordinate with the quality function to address any quality-related issues.
1. Reporting

· Maintain basic production, wastage, and stock reports in Excel for management review.
1. Safety and Housekeeping

· Ensure adherence to safety standards, discipline, and housekeeping practices within the loom section. Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
