Key Responsibilities

- Basic understanding of bench sales lifecycle

- Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens

- Identify requirements from various job boards, social media and vendors

- Source the best fit for the requirements

- Coordinate for interviews and negotiations

- Maintain trackers and database related to consultants

- Follow up with consultants and vendors till the closure of the position / requirement

- Attention to detail: Be very focussed in adhering to the compliance protocols

- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens) to vendors & clients

- Maintain client relationships and track submissions

For Recruiter

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing to offer closure.

- Work extensively with Implementation clients/Sis/Direct Clients and State Clients, understanding their project requirements, skill needs, and hiring priorities.





- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, project experience, communication, location, work authorization, and client requirements.

- Coordinate with Account Managers to understand open requirements and deliver qualified candidates within timelines.

- Maintain solid candidate pipelines for frequently hired technologies and skill sets.

- Negotiate compensation, manage candidate expectations, and ensure successful closures.

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and daily/weekly hiring reports.

- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, market conditions, and candidate availability.
