Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end logistics and transportation operations for Candor Food.

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries to customers, distributors, and other locations.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining service levels.

- Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, procurement, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.

- Manage transportation vendors, transporters, drivers, and logistics partners.

- Negotiate transportation rates and monitor logistics costs.

- Track vehicles and shipments and ensure timely delivery.

- Handle delivery delays, shortages, damages, and other logistics-related issues.

- Maintain proper documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, PODs, and transport documents.

- Monitor freight costs, transportation expenses, and logistics KPIs.





- Develop and implement cost-effective transportation and distribution plans.

- Ensure proper handling and transportation of food products as per company quality and safety requirements.

- Monitor product movement and coordinate with warehouses for stock availability and dispatch planning.

- Maintain records of transporter performance, delivery timelines, freight rates, and logistics expenses.

- Analyze logistics data and prepare regular MIS reports for management.

- Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with applicable transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage and resolve customer and distributor delivery-related concerns
