We’re Hiring – Logistics Intern

Infolog Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Logistics Intern to join our team.

*Location: Mittal Tower, MG Road, Bangalore - 560001

*Position: Logistics Intern

*Experience: Fresher / Recent Graduate

*Stipend: ₹8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in coordinating and tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.

•Maintain and update logistics-related records and documents.

•Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams.

•Track delivery status and provide timely updates.

•Assist in preparing invoices, delivery notes, and other logistics documents.

•Support inventory and stock-related activities.

•Verify shipment details and ensure documentation accuracy.

•Follow up with vendors/transporters regarding pending deliveries.

•Prepare basic reports and update data in MS Excel.

•Assist the team with day-to-day logistics and administrative activities.

Requirements

•Fresher / Recent Graduate in Logistics, •Supply Chain Management, Commerce,



or a related field.

•Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain.

•Basic knowledge of EOU (Export Oriented Unit) and SEZ (Special Economic Zone).

•Basic understanding of Customs Duty and applicable taxes related to logistics/import-export operations.

•Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

•Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

•Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

•Only candidates currently residing in Bangalore are requested to apply.
