We are looking for a hands-on D2C Logistics qualified to manage end-to-end e-commerce logistics operations, from order processing and dispatch to final delivery, returns and reverse logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage D2C order fulfilment and daily logistics operations.
- Coordinate with courier/3PL partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Shiprocket, etc.
- Monitor NDR, RTO, COD, returns and delivery TAT.
- Manage courier allocation based on cost, serviceability and performance.
- Track and resolve delayed/stuck shipments and delivery exceptions.
- Handle COD and logistics invoice reconciliation.
- Prepare logistics MIS and analyse courier performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance and reduce logistics costs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, marketplace and accounts teams.
- Work on platforms such as Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Shopify or similar systems.
Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of relevant D2C / E-commerce logistics experience.
- Hands-on experience with courier/3PL management, NDR, RTO, COD and reverse logistics.
- Strong Excel/MIS and data-analysis skills.
- Experience with multiple courier partners and shipping/order-management platforms.
- Candidates from Fashion, Jewellery, Lifestyle, Beauty or Consumer Brands would be preferred.
