Viswa Group is looking for a agile Logistics & Customer Service Executive to manage shipment operations and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics companies and be able to coordinate shipments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end import and export shipment coordination.
- Communicate with customers, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents such as BL, Invoice, Packing List, and Delivery Orders.
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in Shipping,
Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or Logistics companies.
- Valuable knowledge of import/export operations and shipping documentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple shipments.
