Job Role: Being head of the location need to have skill set to manage large team. Should have strong interpersonal relationship and skillset. Maintain relationships with manufactures and dealers.

Sourcing New

Customers. Cross sell Banking product to CE new and existing customers. Maintain ownership of customer w.r.t relationship, recovery (documents/overdues) and up gradation of customer status within KMBL/ external (like assisting customer in mobilization of funds, PE, IPO etc.,) Should be focused & process oriented. Should be willing to travel extensively within the regional territory.

Job Requirements: Minimum 5 to 7 years work experience of handling in all Retail and Strategic/ Corporate customers Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA).

Competencies: Valuable at Relationship management. Well versed with all banking products. Good in analyzing the Financials. Should be able to deal independently with Risk & other internal operational departments. Knowledge of CE Finance and related products for Infrastructure Segment customers
