nWe are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in:

- Robust knowledge of Loans Middle Office (MO) and Settlement functions, primarily in the LMA market.
n
- Hands-on experience with SDC setup, Buy/Sell Matching and Inventory Review.
n
- Hands-on experience with ClearPar (CP) is mandatory.
n
- Settlement Date coordination (SDC)
n
- Buy/Sell match
n
- Assignment Agreement, trade Confirms, pricing Letter, Funding memo,



Multilateral netting agreement (MNA )
n
- Delayed compensation(DC), Cost of Carry (COC)
n
- Secondary deal closing.

- Deal Setup

- LoanIQ
n
- Loan settlements
n
- Pre -trade settlement

nEligibility :

n✔ Graduate / Postgraduate qualifications such as B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, M.Com, MBA, PGDM

n✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

n✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

n✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
