- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the team on recent products, policies, and procedures to ensure they are equipped with necessary knowledge.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in loan sales (business loan, personal loan, home loan).
- Strong understanding of credit card sales principles and practices.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
