About This Role

We are looking for an AI Creative Director to build and lead our GenAI-powered content production capabilities.

This is not a role for someone who simply knows how to use AI video generators. We are looking for someone who can take a creative brief or script and independently turn it into production-ready AI content — from visual ideation and prompt engineering to character and asset creation, AI cinematography, video generation, voice, iteration and final creative execution.

You will be responsible for figuring out how to make AI filmmaking work as a repeatable production system, not just creating individual impressive AI shots.

You will work closely with our writers, creative leadership, editors and music producers to develop AI-native microdramas and other short-form narrative content at scale.

What You'll Own

- AI FILMMAKING & CREATIVE DIRECTION

- Own the end-to-end visual execution of AI-generated content — script scene shot asset image video performance audio.
- Translate scripts into compelling visual sequences, shot designs and AI-native storytelling.
- Direct AI-generated performances, camera movement, cinematography, lighting and visual language.
- Understand the strengths and limitations of AI and find creative solutions around them.

2. PROMPT ENGINEERING & ASSET GENERATION
- Independently engineer prompts for image, video, character, environment, camera, motion, performance and voice generation.
- Build and maintain consistent characters, locations, wardrobes, props and visual styles across episodes.
- Diagnose why generations fail and systematically iterate prompts,



references and workflows to improve results.

3. AI TOOLS, MODELS & WORKFLOWS
- Work across leading GenAI tools and models such as Seedance, Higgsfield, Veo/Flow, Kling, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs and emerging technologies.
- Select the right model/tool for each creative requirement based on quality, control, speed and cost.
- Build repeatable AI production workflows and explore agents, Skills and automation to reduce manual intervention and increase production scale.

4. MICRODRAMA PRODUCTION & QUALITY
- Develop AI-native workflows for episodic, vertical microdramas and other short-form narrative content.
- Collaborate with writers and creative leadership to identify what is AI-producible and adapt visual execution without compromising the story.
- Own visual QC across character consistency, continuity, performance, realism, cinematography and overall creative quality.

5. PRODUCTION SCALE & ECONOMICS
- Track and optimise generation costs, usable-shot ratios, human hours, turnaround time and cost per finished minute.
- Build reusable asset libraries, templates and production systems that allow output to scale without proportionally increasing headcount.
- Continuously improve the AI production pipeline as new models and tools emerge.

- Strong filmmaking / visual storytelling fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated video with Higgsfield/Kling
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Strong image-generation skills
- Robust video-generation skills
- Experience with AI voice systems
- Experience building AI agents / Skills / automated workflows
- Experience with AI filmmaking or AI-native productions
- Experience producing episodic content
- Understanding of AI character consistency
- Understanding of AI cinematography
- Ability to independently take a finalised script from concept to finished visual execution
- Strong understanding of short-form storytelling
- Strong creative judgement
- Ability to iterate rapidly and solve visual problems
- Ability to learn new AI models and tools quickly
- Strong attention to visual continuity
