Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator – Team Lead who will be responsible for Linux server administration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Linux/RHEL servers in a production environment.
- Perform server monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and maintenance.
- Handle system performance, availability, and security-related issues.
- Identify and resolve Linux server and infrastructure issues.
- Manage backups, updates, and routine system administration tasks.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
- Guide and handle team members and monitor day-to-day activities.




- Maintain proper documentation of systems, incidents, and changes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Linux System Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat / RHEL.
- Server management and troubleshooting.
- System monitoring and maintenance.
- Positive understanding of Linux commands and administration.
- Team handling / leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Red Hat Certification is required/preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Linux/System Administration.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
