Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paint Shop Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our paint shop. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring product quality, meeting safety and environmental standards, and driving continuous improvement in processes. The Paint Shop Production Supervisor will coordinate activities to meet production schedules while minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, train, and mentor paint shop personnel to achieve production goals.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Production & Quality Management
- Ensure all painted components meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Process & Equipment Oversight
- Supervise paint line operations,



including pre-treatment, painting, curing, and finishing.
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure paint shop equipment is properly serviced and operational.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Enforce adherence to safety regulations, PPE usage, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and hazardous materials handling standards.
- Conduct safety audits, training, and risk assessments.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to align on production requirements.
- Report production status, challenges, and improvement plans to management.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,028.49 - ₹35,841.96 per month
