We are looking for a motivated and technically interested Linux & Hosting Support Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Linux server administration, web hosting, and cloud technologies.
The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to server and hosting environments and will work with the technical team to monitor, troubleshoot, and support hosting-related requirements.
### Required Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of Linux Server Administration
- Understanding of cPanel
- Basic knowledge of *Cloud Platforms*such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of basic server and hosting concepts
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and technical processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
### Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Linux server administration and monitoring
- Provide basic support for hosting-related issues
- Assist in managing websites, domains, and hosting accounts through cPanel
- Support basic server troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Assist with cloud platform-related tasks under the guidance of senior team members
- Monitor server and hosting services and report issues when identified
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer or internal hosting-related issues
- Maintain proper documentation of technical activities and issues
### Eligibility
- Freshers with a relevant technical/IT background are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of Linux, cPanel, and AWS/Azure will be preferred.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in Linux, Web Hosting, and Cloud Technologies.
