Role : Linux Lead Engineer

Location: Coimbatore Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Role Summary

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of technical topics from requirement analysis through implementation, integration, debugging and delivery, and should be comfortable working directly with SoC vendors.

- Experienced Linux Lead Associates with strong expertise in Automotive Embedded Linux, Linux Kernel, BSP development, and device driver development to work on nextgeneration automotive SoC platforms.

•The candidate will be responsible for owning Linux/SoC topics including SoC bring-up, BSP integration, kernel configuration, device driver development, board-level debugging, peripheral integration, and issue resolution. The role requires close collaboration with SoC, hardware, firmware, middleware, HMI and system teams

Skill Set

- 6 years of experience in Embedded/Automotive Linux development





•Strong hands-on experience in Linux Kernel & Device Driver development

•Strong C programming and Linux kernel debugging skills • Experience in SoC/BSP development and board bring-up

•Valuable knowledge of Device Tree, Kernel configuration & build • Hands-on experience with ARM/ARM64 architecture

- Experience with Yocto/BitBake and cross-compilation
- Good understanding of I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, UFS/eMMC and other SoC peripherals.

•Experience in hardware–software integration and low-level debugging.

- Strong experience in Git, Linux debugging tools and scripting.
- Ability to independently own SoC/Linux topics and drive issues to closure
- Automotive domain experience in IVI, Cluster, Cockpit, ADAS or similar systems
