About the Role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Ghostwriter to work closely with our CEO and build an authentic personal brand and thought-leadership presence on LinkedIn.

This is not a generic social media or AI-content writing role. The ideal candidate should be able to listen to the CEO's experiences, opinions, observations, and stories, understand the thinking behind them, and turn them into natural, insightful, and relatable content.

A creative and concept-driven mindset is important for this role. A background in Art, Design, Literature, Journalism, Communication, or a related creative field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular conversations/interviews with the CEO to understand ideas, experiences, and perspectives.
- Turn stories, sound bites, observations, and experiences into engaging LinkedIn posts and articles.
- Develop content around Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Business, People & Culture, Technology, and Industry Insights.
- Develop content ideas and concepts based on the CEO's experiences and expertise.
- Conduct relevant research where required.
- Maintain and refine the CEO's authentic voice and writing style.

What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in Ghostwriting, Content Writing, Journalism, Business Writing, Brand Storytelling, or related fields.
- Art / Design / Literature / Journalism / Communication or creative background preferred.




- Strong storytelling, conceptualisation, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Understanding of LinkedIn Personal Branding and Thought Leadership.
- Ability to write naturally in another person's voice.
- Portfolio / relevant writing samples required.

What We Value

We are looking for someone who can understand a person's thinking and experiences deeply enough to write in their voice, rather than simply producing well-written content.

We value authenticity, original thinking, robust storytelling, and conceptualisation. Content should feel personal, insightful, relatable, and grounded in real experience rather than generic, overly promotional, or AI-generated.

Deliverables

- 10 original LinkedIn posts/articles per month
- 2–3 posts per week
- Regular CEO content/interview sessions
- Monthly content ideas/calendar
- Continuous refinement of the CEO's personal voice and writing style

Engagement & Payment

This is a task-based engagement, with payment based on the content pieces/tasks completed.

There is no fixed monthly budget. Payment will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, portfolio, and scope of work.
