Job Summary

Manage government relations, statutory approvals, permits, licenses, NOCs, and regulatory clearances for Dexler Energys solar projects while ensuring approvals are completed within project timelines.

Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with government departments, regulatory authorities, and local authorities
- Coordinate and obtain project approvals, permits, licenses, NOCs, and statutory clearances
- Handle approvals related to KPTCL/ESCOM, Revenue, Pollution Control Board, Panchayat, Municipality, Fire Department, and Electrical Inspectorate
- Support land acquisition, land conversion, access permissions, and other land-related approvals
- Coordinate with legal teams, consultants, contractors, landowners, and project teams
- Track approvals, renewals, pending applications, and statutory requirements
- Identify and resolve approval-related bottlenecks that may impact project execution
- Represent the company in meetings with government officials and local authorities
- Maintain proper documentation of applications, approvals, correspondence, and government communications




- Provide regular updates to management and project teams on approval status
- Travel frequently to project sites and government offices as required

Skills

- 8+ years experience in government liaisoning, regulatory affairs, statutory approvals, or project coordination
- Experience in renewable energy, solar, EPC, infrastructure, or real estate preferred
- Strong knowledge of government approval and regulatory processes
- Robust relationships with government departments and local authorities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong follow-up, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites and government offices
