Role Description This remote Legal Intern role is an internship position supporting GrowVista’s legal function within the hospitality context. The intern will assist with researching hospitality and commercial law topics, reviewing legal issues related to contracts and client engagements, and helping prepare and organize legal documents and templates. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting legal consulting activities under supervision, drafting basic legal correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and files.





The intern will collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify legal requirements, communicate key findings in a clear manner, and contribute to ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Law and ability to analyze Legal Issues relevant to commercial and hospitality operations.
- Skills in Legal Consulting and client-focused legal support under supervision.
- Experience or coursework in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts or agreements.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to explain legal concepts in accessible language.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or a related field.
- High attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
- Proficient with standard office productivity tools and legal research platforms.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
